We post all our bears via First Class Recorded Delivery by Royal Mail which is insured so your order reaches you quickly but safely!

We do everything we can to make sure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. Though we keep some stock most of the bears we offer come straight from the manufacturer. Currently many of the manufacturers have released their new ranges and editions for 2012, so these bears tend to be either on pre-order or dispatched on order from the manufacturer.
Once your order is placed with Teddy Bear Surprises we con contact the maufacturer to confirm availablity and delivery time, We will then be in touch with yourself to let you know when you can expect delivery and we will keep you updated step by step until your teddy bear has reached you safe and sound.
If you require you bear by a certain date please do let us know when ordering and we will do all that we can to meet your requirements. We will always offer our customers a full refund if we can’t supply your bear in time.
