Returns and Refunds Policy

Legal compliance – Our returns and refunds policy is in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive which came into force in October 2000 and is part of UK law under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This law applies to all business to consumer transactions within the UK where a consumer does not meet the vendor.

Eratta – Product colours, materials and designs may ocassionally vary slightly from the image due to design changes.

Availablity – In the event that an item is unavailable when you order we will inform you as soon as possible. An alternative or full refund will be offered if money has already been paid.

Cancellation – You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched and will be given a refund less a 10% admin fee to cover card charges. If personalised options have already been done these will not be refunded.

Returns – If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 7 days. It must be in its original condition and packaging. A full refund will be applied to the credit card used for the purchase less the postage paid and packaging. If you have had your order sent FREE delivery then the actual delivery charge will be deducted from the refund.

Goods returned for reason other than fault or damage will be refunded less the cost of delivery and a 10% restocking charge. Refunds cannot be made for personalised engravings, jumpers or ribbons.

Proof of posting is not proof of receipt by us. We recommend you use Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery.

If an incorrect or incomplete delivery address is specified, resulting in failed delivery, redelivery can be arranged (subject to a redelivery cost) or a refund can be issued less delivery costs. Where goods are faulty postage costs will be refunded.

Safe Shopping – Every transaction is 100% safe. We use a secure payment system. If any unauthorized payments are made using your card you must notify your card provider immediately and on informing us we will provide a refund.

Privacy Policy

Privacy & Disclosure – Teddy Bear Surprises Ltd respect your right to privacy. None of the information we collect is passed on to other parties, except when required as part of the business services we provide for you, or as required under UK law. We may use your email address to contact you about future offers but you may unsubscribe from these emails and we will not contact you again.

Data Collection – Teddy Bear Surprises Ltd will only collect details about you when you place an order. These will include your name and address, your email address, and various other details necessary to complete a transaction and fulfill your order. We do not collect any information which may be deemed “sensitive personal data” under the Data Protection Act 1998.

Testimonials – If you have a comment to make on our service good or bad please send us an email. We may use it on our website unless you ask us specifically not to.
